1. Agreement to Terms
By inviting, adding, or interacting with Kaeya ("the bot") in any Discord server, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please remove the bot from your server.
2. Appropriate Usage
When using Kaeya, you agree:
- Not to spam, automate, or flood commands to disrupt service availability for others.
- Not to attempt to exploit bugs, reverse-engineer, or circumvent channel permission boundaries.
- To comply with Discord's official Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
3. Service Availability and Modifications
Kaeya is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive to maintain continuous uptime and timely character roster updates, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features and commands may be updated, modified, or retired as development evolves.
